We're delighted to offer shipping services exclusively within Singapore. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policy:

We offer standard shipping to all addresses within Singapore. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so be sure to check our website for any current offers.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship to addresses within Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Tracking Your Order:

You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Issues:

In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action. We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time.

Change of Address:

If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:

  • Exchanges can only be made for items with defects or damages found upon receipt.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that do not fit the size as indicated.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if any)

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at TheBatique@outlook.com to request a return or exchange authorization.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer/ PAYNOW.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 1 day for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund through bank transfer/ PAYNOW.

5. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items marked as final sale.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement and exchanges (subject to product availability).
