At the moment, we only offer shipping within Singapore. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping services to other countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers/ paynow. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your privacy and security.
For payment made via paynow/ bank transfer, after placing an order, invoice will be sent to you via email and please send us the proof of payment to our WhatsApp Business Account (link TBA)
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges for items that is found defective when received or do not fit as expected . Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information on eligibility, process, and conditions.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
Should you have the urgency to have your order to be delivered next day, we can assist you on case-by-case basis. Please email us and we will liaise directly with you for the extra charges and arrangement.
You can amend or cancel your order easily by emailing us within 12-hours after you receive your order confirmation.
