  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At the moment, we only offer shipping within Singapore. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping services to other countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers/ paynow. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your privacy and security. For payment made via paynow/ bank transfer, after placing an order, invoice will be sent to you via email and please send us the proof of payment to our WhatsApp Business Account (link TBA)
  • Can I return or exchange my purchase if it doesn't fit?
    Yes, we offer returns and exchanges for items that is found defective when received or do not fit as expected . Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information on eligibility, process, and conditions.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
  • Do you provide next-day delivery services?
    Should you have the urgency to have your order to be delivered next day, we can assist you on case-by-case basis. Please email us and we will liaise directly with you for the extra charges and arrangement.
  • Can I amend or cancel my order?
    You can amend or cancel your order easily by emailing us within 12-hours after you receive your order confirmation.

    Batik is a traditional Indonesian art form that involves applying wax to fabric before dyeing it, creating intricate patterns and designs. It is often used to produce colorful and vibrant clothing.
  • How do I care for my batik clothing?
    We recommend washing your batik clothing in cold water with mild detergent and air-drying it in the shade to preserve its colors and prevent fading. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, and iron on a low setting if necessary.
  • Are your batik clothes handmade?
    Yes, all our batik clothes are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture, adding to its charm and authenticity.
  • What is the materials used for your batik?
    Material varies depend on the product however the 3 main materials we use are viscose, dobby and primissima cotton.
  • Do you offer customization or made-to-order services?
    Currently, we do not offer customization or made-to-order services. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions from our customers and may consider offering such services in the future.
